Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to the Seruun Tsatsat LLC website, app and software development services. Detailed terms for each project are agreed in a separate contract.

2. Prices

Prices on the site are starting prices and exclude VAT. Calculator results are estimates; the final price is set in the contract once requirements are clear. Amounts in foreign currencies are approximate.

3. Payment

Unless the contract states otherwise, 50% is due at kick-off and 50% on delivery. We may pause work if payments are overdue.

4. Intellectual property

Once paid in full, the source code and design rights for the project transfer to the client. We may show the work in our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.

5. Warranty and support

We fix defects found within the warranty period of your plan free of charge. New features or changes are treated as additional work.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services (hosting, payment providers, app stores). Our total liability is limited to the amount paid under the relevant contract.

7. Disputes

Disputes are resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, under the laws of Mongolia.
