How long does a project usually take?
A simple website takes 2–3 weeks, an online store 4–8 weeks and a mobile app 6–14 weeks. The exact timeline is set in the contract once requirements are clear.
How does payment work?
Typically 50% is paid when the contract is signed and the remaining 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestones. You can pay via QPay or bank transfer.
Can I edit the site myself after launch?
Yes. Business plans and above include an admin panel where you update text, images and news yourself. We provide a guide and training for free.
Do you handle hosting and domains?
Yes. We take care of server deployment, SSL, daily backups and monitoring for a monthly fee, and we can help you register a domain.
Who owns the source code?
Once payment is complete, the source code and design files are fully transferred to you.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We communicate in Mongolian, English and Chinese, are reachable on WeChat and WhatsApp, and can quote in MNT, USD or CNY.
