1Challenge
People who wanted to sew at home struggled to find patterns that fit their own measurements and clear instructions in Mongolian.
2Solution
We built a system that generates patterns from the user's measurements and exports them as a PDF tiled across A4 pages. It includes illustrated and video tutorials, a sewing glossary, an AI assistant, monthly/yearly Premium membership paid via QPay, a single account across app and web, and offline mode.
3Result
Users print a pattern that fits them in minutes and follow tutorials on their phone even without internet. Premium membership became a recurring revenue stream.
